Will we need to dramatically adjust our relationship with food and how much of an impact will it have on our social and cultural concept of meals and on our environment? Dr Majid Al Qassimi is Director of Animal Health and Development at the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment. He has worked extensively on sustainability and conservation projects in the UAE and beyond.
