Venue: Al Joud Ballroom 1&2, Hilton, Al Habtoor City

The honour of your presence is requested… at a very special Dickensian celebration...

Miss Havisham finally gets the wedding reception she never had – and you are invited!

Join us for a glorious dinner, starring special guest Lucinda Dickens Hawksley, the great-great-great-granddaughter of the man himself: Charles Dickens.

From tales of the jilted lovers who may have sparked the creation of the bitter spinster herself in Great Expectations, to Our Mutual Friend’s Bella, whose relationship with her father is said to be based on Dickens’ own with his daughter, we’ll get an insight the women of Charles Dickens’ life and work. Miss Havisham herself will be presiding over the Victorian feast, which also happens to be on the anniversary of Dickens’ birth, so don’t miss this opportunity to pay homage to a writer whose influential classics defined an era.

Ticket includes a three-course dinner
