Don’t miss Oliver Jeffers as he returns to the LitFest with the companion book to Here We Are and What We’ll Build. He offers a unique perspective on the world through story, exploring the history of the world and our place in the Universe and bringing big topics to life in an accessible and fun way through the interactions of a father and his two children as they go on an out-of-this-world adventure. This session will also include a short Arabic reading by Dr. Farah Sarraj from Al-Futtaim Education Foundation, representing Al Hudhud Publishing and Distribution.
Oliver Jeffers is a visual artist and author who has won many major awards and whose picture books are highly popular and hugely acclaimed. He divides his time between New York and Belfast.
As you plan your day at the Festival, please take into consideration that it takes between 30-60 mins to commute between the Intercontinental, Festival City and Mohammed Bin Rashid Library.
