Whether bowing toward Mecca five times a day, expressing gratitude before every meal or checking on our loved ones and neighbours, there is sacredness in the little things we do. Join Alexander Thomas, Ismat Mahmassani and HE Omar Saif Ghobash as they share ways to incorporate mindfulness, wisdom and guidance of the divine into a daily routine, and how to nurture love and compassion for ourselves and others. The panel will also explore how spirituality can offer us daily inspiration that transcends beyond religious practice and cultures across a shared human experience.
Alexander Thomas is a tech entrepreneur and author of Man in Motion, chronicling his journey from divorce and an interrupted life towards love, divine wisdom and spirituality.
Ismat Mahmassani is a photographer, philanthropist and author of Messages from the Sky, inspired by her spiritual journey and her desire to share divine guidance to people from all walks of life.
HE Omar Saif Ghobash is a diplomat, currently serving as the UAE Ambassador to the Holy See, and the author of Letters to a Young Muslim.
