How can we lead longer, healthier and happier lives? We have brought together three experts from mental health, psychotherapy and senior citizen health specialist background to come together in a unique session to discuss why and how can we live longer.


Dr Rangan Chatterjee is a British physician, author, television presenter and podcaster. He is best known for his TV show Doctor in the House and for being the resident doctor on BBC Breakfast and as a regular commentator on BBC Radio.

Professor Rose Anne Kenny is the Regius Professor of Physics at Trinity College Dublin where she holds the chair of Medical Gerontology and is the Founder and the principal investigator of the Irish Longitudinal study on Ageing and author of Age Proof: The New Science of Living a Longer and Healthier Life.

Kerry Daynes is a leading forensic psychologist and psychotherapist known for her ability to engage with and treat the most complex, challenging and often dangerous patients. She has worked in maximum security prisons and psychiatric hospitals, and advocates for better conversations around crime, justice and mental health.

This panel will have attendees’ take away insightful practices and reflections that they can incorporate to live a healthier life.
