Date/Time: Sunday 5 February 2023 12:00-13:00
Session No: 109
The story of women and work is one full of triumphs, setbacks and endless conflicts between the demands of self and society. Now, in the 21st century, is the modern workplace as female friendly as we would like to believe, or is there still a long way to go? And what will yet another impending economic crisis mean for working women, whose status is often still conditional on the whims of entrenched male power?
Our panel of high achievers discusses what today’s working woman must face as she climbs the corporate ladder.
Silicon Valley veteran Ann Hiatt has worked in the highest echelons of Amazon and Google and consults with global CEOs on C-suite optimisation. Her bestselling book, Bet On Yourself, shares the lessons she has learned in taking control of your professional identity.
