We are delighted to present the Dubai premier of Martin Kiszko’s award-winning play King Frank and the Knights of the Ecoquest! Brought to you by the author himself with the help of some very talented students from Fairgreen International School, this rhyming epic brings a tale of a ‘questorial’ expedition by the brave knights of Camalcott, who learn just how much damage is being caused by the bad habits of the citizens. Come along and meet King Frank and his family, and of course the doughty knights as they succeed in their quest to bring eco harmony to Camalcott!
Martin Kiszko is a poet, playwright and composer; in 2015 he was Poet in Residence for Bristol European Green Capital year, and most recently he wrote and published the wonderful King Frank and the Knights of the Ecoquest, the world’s first epic eco-poem.
For sessions at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library, children aged 5 and below are not allowed on library premises.
As you plan your day at the Festival, please take into consideration that it takes between 30-60 mins to commute between the Intercontinental, Festival City and Mohammed Bin Rashid Library.
