Abdelrahman Al Maeni is the Secretary General of the Emirates Reprographic Rights Management Association (ERRA), the Secretary General of the Emirates Intellectual Property Association, and the Director of the Institutional Development Office in the Excellence and Entrepreneurship Sector, Dubai Police General Command.
Al Maeni is an expert in intellectual property rights and innovation, accredited assessor for government excellence, member of the Intellectual Property Experts Registration Committee and team member Executive Director of the Rule of Law Index at the Ministry of Justice. He is also a member of the teaching staff at the Dubai Police Academy, the Judicial Training Institute, and the Mohammed bin Rashid College of Governmental Administration.
