Jacks Thomas is an international books and culture specialist, with over 25 years’ experience at the heart of publishing. Following a high-profile tenure at The London Book Fair, Thomas was appointed by Bologna Fiere to create and direct BolognaBookPlus, the new general trade extension to the long-established and prestigious Bologna Children’s Book Fair.
Thomas is a regular speaker on publishing at leading universities in the UK and overseas, a school governor and an Honorary Research Fellow at UCL. She is also a regular participant in the Speakers for Schools initiative. She has appeared in the Top 100 Influential People in Publishing for over ten years.
